Orders and Shipping

Processing time: Processing time: Due to the nature of maker items and our beloved local brands coming from all over the world, order processing time can between 1 -2 weeks. This is to ensure the makers have enough time to work on your order, especially those made just for you! Shipping: Our delivery options may vary. All options will be currently available at checkout and vary based on promotions available. All orders are shipped with DHL Express in an environmentally friendly carton box with minimal plastic. Rest assured it will be fully protected to reach you safely and should reach you in about 2-4 working day after dispatch. Shipping fees are:
- Free shipping on your first order after you have registered.
- Free shipping above HKD 2000 or any other currency equivalent.
- A HKD 120 shipping fee will apply for orders under 2000 HKD

Returns & Refund

As part of conscious effort support our beloved independent brands, encourage conscious shopping and reduce waste in fashion, ordering of multiple sizes will not be allowed, and return of worn garments will not be accepted for refund.
We therefore encourage our dear community to carefully consider and choose their items, sizing before purchasing to avoid hefty returns. Accepted returns include wrong sizing, and defective items.
You will be provided with a free return upon providing us with a picture of you wearing the item or the picture of the damaged item.
Any other reasons for return will be limited and request for returns will be individually evaluated.
All return/exchange items must be received in their original brand new condition with respective packaging.
Made-to-order, undergarments and swimwear's won't be eligible for return or exchange.
We will take a pre-boxing video showing your items are being packed nicely
without any damage into their box. Please help us to take an unboxing video of the
items once you receive them. This is to help us evaluate your return.

Customs, duties and taxes

The recipient specified on the delivery address will be the importer of the purchased products and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country or state. The recipient specified on the delivery address may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. He or she also has to bear any additional charges for custom clearance and perform custom clearance procedures legally required by the destination country. Delay in deliveries due to custom clearance procedures are beyond our control and will have to be sorted out locally with the relevant party.
